Browsing, searching and saving jobs need no account. Saved jobs live in your browser's local storage until you choose to sign in.
If you sign in, we store your email address and the jobs you saved, and set one HttpOnly session cookie to keep you signed in. Sign-in links are emailed through our email provider, Resend.
If you create a job alert, we store your email address and the filters you chose, and email you matching roles until you unsubscribe (every alert email has a one-click link).
If you report pay, we store the company, role, pay, level and years you enter. Readers only see totals once a role has 8 or more reports, and you can delete a report at any time.
Our own visit counter is cookieless: it records the page, the referring site's name and how long the page stayed visible, with no IP address or other detail about you. Cloudflare Web Analytics also counts page views without cookies, and our host, Cloudflare, keeps standard server logs for security.
We use Google Analytics, which sets cookies and collects data such as pages viewed, time on page, device type and approximate location. See how Google uses this data; you can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
Every page loads Grow, an engagement tool from Mediavine that can offer features such as saving or bookmarking pages and recommending other pages. Grow may set cookies or use your browser's local storage, and it collects information about your visit and device to run those features and to report audience statistics. If you choose to sign up for a Grow feature that asks for your email address, that information is collected by Grow under Mediavine's privacy policy, not by us.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, use private browsing or a content blocker; job search keeps working if you do. We don't sell personal data. We don't run advertising today; if we add it, we will update this page first and name each partner.
